Astro Technical Guide for Monday, 7th September, 2009 ::

Astro Info:: Moon transits in Revathi constellation ruled by Mercury . Persons born in Krittika, Uttara and Uttarashadha constellations and in Aries and Leo zodiac signs are advised to be alert in their dealings.

Astro Technical Position for the week :: Nifty lost about 1% last week in a narrow range week. Nifty has been bearish till Thursday and recovered quite smartly on Friday and made up most of the last ground during the week. While technically market is not bearish , caution is advised at higher levels. Astrologically, this is going to be an eventful week as Mercury is getting retro on Monday around 10.15am and Saturn would be entering Virgo on 9.9.09 night. As already mentioned last week, Astrologically, Monday and Wednesday are the key days in this week for trend change. Second half of the week appears to be bearish in this week.

Technical Levels for the week :: Nifty is strong above 4720 with resistance around 4756, 4799, 4855 and weak below 4670 with supports around 4634, 4596 , 4535 and 4436 for the week. Based on present market movement, Nifty would be in bullish zone above 4680 and in bearish zone below 4640 for the week . WD Gann’s natural numbers which would act as natural support and resistance are :: 4456, 4523, 4591, 4659 , 4727, 4866 and 4957 during the week.

Nifty is generally Bullish as long as it maintains above 4650.

Sensitive / Trend change Timings for the day :: 10.10am; 12.40pm; 1.40pm; 2.50pm;

Likely Intraday Trend for 07.09.09:: On the basis of Planetary position and the aspects amongst planets, outlook for the day is expected in the following manner ::On the basis of planetary position, Market is expected to open better and generally remain better from 10.30am and is expected to have huge swing from 12.40pm to 1.40pm (mostly upside) and remain subdued or weak after 2.00pm.

PSU stocks are expected to be subdued while Media and Entertainment stocks could be better.

Astro Technical Trading Strategy for the day :: Astrologically, time between 12.40 and 1.40 is time to watch and if the market appears to be becoming bullish (as huge swing is expected) after 12.30pm, long positions can be taken with a nominal stop loss of 15 to 20 points and they should be closed by 1.45pm. However, anytime after 2.00pm, if Nifty futures comes below Day’s Average traded price by atleast 10 points, short positions can be taken with a stop loss of about 25 points and such short positions to be closed by end of the day.
Stop loss is a must for intraday trading

Follow up for Astro Technical Strategy of 4.9.09 ::
As expected, Market closed in the green on Friday but after prolonged consolidation in the forenoon. However, premarket astro technical strategy did not yield any positive results.
